“Surprised by how nice this was.
Little pricey but its new
Staff was over the top accommodating
We are local and took our kids to the Factory etc. Made the whole experience amazaing
Paitence in restaurants. Not quite organzied yet. Some delays in receiving food. But it came out hot and the service staff was aware and apologetic for the delay
Food was above average ”

“Every si gle aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations accwpt that when I arrived on July 18th except that the pool are is actually under construction so was not unavailable during my stay.
The best paer was the wonderful concierge.
He is THE MAN and is willing to help with anything!

“We found everything clean, tidy and the staff friendly. The breakfast area is on the small side for the size of the hotel but it’s not a deal breaker. We only needed toast and a coffee anyway. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. They upgraded us to a more spacious room which was great when travelling with a toddler. Breakfast was wonderful. The only feedback I can give is that the pool Deck area was pretty dated and could use a refresh, how we the poop itself was lovely and clean. ”

"We stayed at this large hotel located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Our upgraded room—one of the superior rooms with two comfortable double beds—was clean, spacious, and pleasant. Originally, we had booked a room with a single double bed, but upon check-in, we found a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Aside from that issue, we were quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the location and service."
